Our Client Testimonials

We adore our patients and consumers, and we sincerely appreciate your input.

We appreciate you making us one of the top-rated veterinary clinics in Galveston Island, Texas and the surrounding areas even though we are aware that you have many options when selecting your veterinarian.

I met Dr. Christie Cornelius a little over 7 years ago when my 13 year old lab got sick suddenly and was diagnosed with advanced liver disease. She would not eat and was in pain so we had to make the decision to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I had seen some information about in home euthanasia so contacted Dr. Cornelius and set an appointment for the next afternoon. When she got to our home she did her own exam and listened to what our vet had told us. She then talked to us about quality of life and what our options were. We all agreed it was time. Although this was an extremely emotional time Dr. Cornelius was so empathetic and was there for us as much as for our precious Princess. She truly understands the human animal bond and its importance and truly cares about her patients and their family. Dr. Cornelius has been there for us 3 more times since then with the last being just 7 months ago. Dr. Cornelius is absolutely the best there is. She takes the time to listen and talk to you about options and understands each situation is different. She is there not only for your fur baby but you as well. She gets to know both your pet and you and is so compassionate, calm, and understanding. As she has taught me through hospice care of our last 2, it’s about quality of life and not the amount of time. With my Sweetie girl there were multiple times I thought it was the end but Dr. Cornelius came out and examined her and gave us other options to help so we had several more good months with her. If you ever have questions or concerns she is always there to answer and help. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cornelius and highly recommend her and her services
